Current patient care hours

  • In person and telemed:  T/W/Th/F.  Appointment start times: 9:30am to 2:00pm, with appointments starting on the hour and half hour.

  • Reception is not open, please call or inquire online for appointments.

  • Please note current office hours follow the Olympia school district calendar, and the office is often closed during holidays, conference weeks and school breaks.

Acupuncture visits

  • Acupuncture visits are 45-60 minutes.  New visits include an evaluation of your health concern and an acupuncture treatment.  Return visits include a brief discussion and an acupuncture treatment.

  • Routine acupuncture sessions are considered a procedure visit.  If you require a lengthier discussion of a health condition, an extended visit may be scheduled, or a separate naturopathic office visit will be scheduled.  In the case of an extended visit, both an office visit and acupuncture procedure will be billed.

  • Please consider wearing or bringing loose clothing or shorts and a tank top to your session.  Small blankets or shawls/scarves are also recommended if you tend to be cold.

Naturopathic medicine visits

  • Patients have the option to schedule:

    • Preventive Care/Wellness Visit: Discussion of overall health, order recommended screenings and bloodwork, physical exam (excluding gynecological/genital exam), overview of diet, medications, and supplements.

    • Health Concern Visit:  A specific condition or issue is the primary focus (for example - high cholesterol or menopause).  This visit includes an in-depth discussion and evaluation of the main health concern.  This may include a physical exam, lab work up, and imaging.  Treatment plans comprise symptom relief and establishing a plan to address long-term health goals.

    • Please note that vaccinations and gynecological/genital exams are not currently offered.

  • New patient appointments are scheduled for up to 50 minutes.

  • Returning patient visits:  Visit time is dependent on needs (typically 25min or 40min).  Please note that phone discussions are considered a clinical contact and will incur a claim submission or fee.
